When you rotate your device, the grid is only drawn to what was shown before you rotated. See attached screenshot. I rotated my phone and the lines didn't continue to the edge of the screen until I panned the screen a tiny bit, and then everything fixed itself

If you visit https://app.bricklayouts.com/lgms you see a read-only published layout. BrickLayouts lets you change the order of the layers. It isn't saved anywhere, but you are allowed to do that locally. This shouldn't be possible
