Editing a custom rectangle moves it

Steps to reproduce:
- Start a new blank layout
- Add a custom shape. Rectangle, 10x10 studs. Click "Create"
- Click the "Edit" icon on the selection toolbar for this new custom shape
- Don't change anything, just click "Save"
- The rectangle will suddenly jump to a position that it was not previously in
