Feedback from BrickWorld- highlight or colored border to highlight stuff

People want the ability to make certain things on a layout stand out. Not sure if the border should just be modifiable separately from the shape, or if there should be another border that can be added?

So custom shapes can already have borders with whatever color you want. However, this feedback is about being able to do this with anything. So I'll plan for a feature that allows adding a border to any part, basically allowing you to highlight it on the layout.

In the future we will also have comments, which I think will pair nicely with being able to highlight something
