Ability to add multiple components to a group so that they are always moved around together and are locked together until they are ungrouped. Groups should save with the layout file and restore when loaded.

Implemented in GitHub commit fe9866a.
Groups can only be on a single layer for the moment, I understand the need/desire to move around things on multiple layers at the same time. I am thinking through the user experience of this to make sure it clear to a user what they are doing, and will address this in a different ticket.

Justin Rupp Can the shortcut keybind be ctrl +G or Cmd+G on mac? Also maybe add it to the main part menu instead of under the "more" button

I would love to see groups also retain the layers of the components. For large layouts, the ability to have table/track/etc layers all grouped per module would be amazing
